Dr. Berg talks about psoriasis. This is an auto-immune condition and is not really not a skin problem, but a gut problem.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1. L-Glutamine – this helps strengthens the gut lining, feeds the coon gut cells and increases the mucus lining.
Take 10 grams per day on an empty stomach 3x per day but gradually start with 1x per day for a few days and eventually increase to 3x per day – empty stomach

2. Tamanu oil – this oil is fantastic for healing the skin. it has anti-bacterial effects and acts as a natural anti-biotic (lactone). This can be applied topically.

3. Vitamin D3 and K2 – take 10,000IU of D3 and 100mcg of K2 (MK7) – I have this combo in my formula: https://bit.ly/2ypa0eq

  1. Hi Dr Berg.
I did find you by accident to be honest and many others.
And after watching your video I put my hopes up again because people living with psoriasis are desperate people and I been doing what you mention in this video for 3 months and so far nothing change I also been doing what John Pagano said about diet and to be honest the only think tha change was my loo timing and my bloating and acid heart burn the rest everything is the same skin talking.
I m giving up the next treatment which I will try will be eating a bullet there is no other solution for this illness.
I understand Doctor that you never
replied to no one but is there anything you could say just to make me feel better.
    Like''don't give up''
    Or ''keep going doing well''
    Thanks for the video Doctor
you are a good man .
You tried at least giving us spiritual
    Strength
when the dermatologist there is nothing they can do.
    All the best.

  2. Hi dr berg..i have learned so much watching your videos. Your contents are superb.

I have an auto immune condition named pemphigus vulgaris of the oral mucosa…and am still looking for information on how to heal it naturally. So far..i learned that i have to take ashwaganda..and its relatef to my fight n flight response…Wondering if you could help…thank you

  3. I have the psoriasis for the last 6 years may be more all over my buddy, then on my joints and now in my groins, its inverse psoriasis. It is safe to use in those sensitive areas? pls, i need your advise. I had to leave my job b/c of this condition, i'm retired and live to take care of this miserable condition; very painful itching and a burden emotionally! thank you Dr. Berg.

  4. I absolutely hate the idea that I need to create this type of maintenance for my body as a 25 year old. I played sports growing up and served in the military for 4 years in impeccable health and physical condition. I got out of the military and am now working a delivery job 6 days a week. In the 2 years since I've discharged, I've developed this condition and later found out from my doctor that it was a genetic condition. I decided upon hearing that that I will NEVER have kids. I think it is completely jacked up that someone would have a child knowing that this condition can possibly be passed on. This condition causes me so much pain and grief mentally and physically and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience it.

  5. Dr. Berg, do you have any insight on Dyshidrosis its a mild skin condition, they are clear bumps which can be very itchy at times on hands and feet. Especially noticeable after a shower. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

  6. After much prayer I found my sons psoriasis wasn't just the body attacking itself but my son via his thoughts attacking himself for his flaws. We had a chat and discussed how he needed to accept his flaws and then work around them. Since discussing this and going to the beach twice a week to soak in sea water there have been great improvements. These cures are going to super charge everything. Thank you Dr Berg.

  7. I eat a very varied diet, veg, meat, carbs as in pasta, bread and dairy. I have random bouts of psoriasis, more at times, less at others. I work outside in the UK, but there is nothing like some sunshine abroad, it is like clicking off the Psoriasis switch. Clear! So a few beers a week with cheese on toast can be sorted out with a Spanish holiday 😉

  8. Dr. Berg, any chance of doing a similar video on scarring alopecias, e.g. lichen planopilaris. Since LPP is autoimmune like psoriasis, would you recommend the same treatment protocol as outlined in this video?

  9. The glutamine healed my gut really quickly, noticeable in 48 hours, my psoriasis shrunk rapidly in the weeks following. I moved to a warmer climate around the same time so can't be sure the reduction in psoriasis was definitely down to the glutamine but I know if I stop taking glutamine the same gut problems return quickly. So I definitely count this advice as a win for me..

  10. I had 95% psoriasis all over my body about 2 years ago I started stelara injections every 10 weeks. This took me down to psoriasis being almost gone . I still get it behind me ears and elbows. I am trying Dr's treatment plan I hope it works so I can get off the shot one day,

  11. I have psoriasis and fatty liver. I have heard that, for patients with fatty liver or a liver condition should not take l glutamine. If this is true then how can I fix the leaky gut to get rid of psoriasis??

  12. wow 10,000 IU of D is a lot, my supplement comes with 1000 IU per pill. can anyone comment on this? too much of D will be toxic, not sure if the doc is correct. some report shows 4000 IU is maximum

  13. Followed Dr. Berg's advise and took L-Glutamine empty stomach in the morning for 2 month and 90% of my psoriasis is GONE! truly amazing!! thanks DOC you saved my lost quality life!

  14. I tried it and it works. I took the L-glutamine, vitamin D3 and K2. I had bumps on my head for years, very painful and had to tell the barber to watch out for the bumps. Not anymore!
